Iaorana te Otea
About Our Club
Mission

To celebrate the dynamic cultures of the Polynesian islands through dance!
Our diverse members come from many backgrounds and vary in experience; we welcome everyone who is interested in learning about and sharing these artforms of Polynesian culture. Most importantly, through our passion for music and dance, we are able to spread awareness throughout the local community and within our group.
Benefits

Members have the opportunity to learn about extensive Hawaii and Tahitian culture through Tahitian drumming, Hawaiian Hula, Tahitian Ote'a and Aparima, and other dance styles from the islands of Polynesia. They also have the opportunity to perform and showcase what they have learned. Members will be welcomed into our hula ohana and be able to form lifetime bonds.
